Adding a podcast

This time I'm adding a podcast link. This podcast was recorded to introduce the collaborative exercise we did for our e-learning principles group exercise.

It was recorded using the free downloadable software, Audacity, and uploaded onto the website Switchpod. Use of this wbsite is free as is another alternative Podbean. Whilst I've registered with both sites I've only, so far, used Switchpod to upload files. It may well be that one is better (for me) than the other, but at this stage I'm uncertain which suits my purposes best.

The link to the podcast is shown below. I've just tested it and it seems to work OK, but after doing it this way I want to see whether I can add it without using a link. We'll see ..

This time I'll try adding it another way ...

Adding a link to the words: Introduction to Learning principles.

Great - that worked fine, but what I'm still after is the adding of a podcast "play" insert ..let's see...

This time I've copied the HTML from my OU blog, and edited it a touch to make the graphic longer and less high:

... it sort of worked, but the problem was that it started playing straightaway. I'll try something else on my next blog entry
